Job Description: We are a growing paper bag manufacturing company looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell eco-friendly paper bags to retail shops, wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, wholesaler , Traders and other commercial customers.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting customers in assigned areas, explaining product benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit shops, businesses, and commercial clients to sell paper bags
• Generate new customers and maintain existing client relationships
• Explain product types, pricing, and customization options
• Take orders and coordinate with the office for dispatch
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups (if required)

• Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th / Any graduation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Basic knowledge of local market areas
