📌 Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard shops, homes, and commercial locations for LED Frame Advertising. This is a pure on-ground sales role involving daily field visits, client explanation, payment closure, and onboarding.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit shops, homes, and commercial locations daily
• Pitch LED Frame Advertising concept clearly to clients
• Explain LED sizes, installation charges & payout model
• Close deals and collect successful payments
• Ensure form filling & KYC completion after payment
• Achieve daily & monthly onboarding targets
• Coordinate with backend team for smooth processing
• Follow company sales SOP strictly
• 🎯 Sales TargetDaily Target: 2 LED Frame onboarding
• Monthly Target: 60 onboardings
• (Mix of A3 / A2 / A1 / B1 sizes)
• 💼 Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months field sales experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Must be comfortable with on-ground sales & targets
• Good communication in Hindi (English basic preferred)
• Smartphone mandatory (WhatsApp & forms usage)
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
