Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B – Delhi NCR)

Location: Delhi NCR (Field Work – Daily Visits)

Experience: 2–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication & hustle mindset welcome)

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales & Marketing Executive who will actively visit companies across Delhi NCR, pitch our product, provide live demonstrations, and close sales.

This is a pure field role requiring confidence, persistence, and strong selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Field ActivitiesVisit offices, factories, sites, agencies, and companies daily across Delhi NCR
• Identify decision-makers (HR, Admin, Operations, Owners, Managers)
• Pitch the product clearly and confidently
• Give live product demonstrations (mobile / laptop / tablet-based)
• Convert demos into paid customers using any ethical sales method

Lead Generation & Closing

• Generate leads through:
• Cold visits
• References
• Market intelligence
• Walk-ins
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing
• Close deals independently
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Reporting & Coordination

• Update visit reports and lead status daily
• Coordinate with internal sales/tech teams for onboarding
• Follow up with prospects until closure

Required Skills

• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Confidence in face-to-face selling
• Ability to explain software/products to non-technical people
• Negotiation & closing mindset
• Self-motivated, target-driven personality

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma / Any qualification
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel
• Own smartphone (mandatory)
• Laptop/tablet preferred (not mandatory)
