Field Sales Executive

Job Description: Field Sales ExecutiveRole Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with our solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers (as seen in your Apna 2024 sheet) to pitch products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities and visit commercial hubs to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high renewal rates and referrals.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, follow-ups, and sales closures in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Direct Sales, B2B, or FMCG preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
• Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily travel.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
