Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Field Sales & Customer Acquisition ( for DeliverIt)


Conduct daily on-field visits to garages, workshops, factories, offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, and industrial units in the assigned territory


Identify and onboard new customers by leveraging your existing industry contacts and local market knowledge


Present, demonstrate, and sell Supply It's product range including tools, fasteners, abrasives, adhesives, lubricants, safety equipment, and consumables


Convert competitor accounts into Supply It customers using product knowledge and price-value positioning


Account Management & Relationship Building


Build strong, trust-based relationships with mechanics, workshop owners, factory managers, warehouse operations heads, office admin & procurement staff, facilities managers, and trade buyers


Ensure regular follow-ups with active accounts to maintain and grow wallet share


Handle customer queries, product complaints, and return issues promptly to ensure satisfaction


Sales Targets & Reporting


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Regional Sales Manager


Maintain accurate daily call reports, visit logs, and sales pipeline data using the CRM tool


Share market intelligence — competitor activities, pricing, new product opportunities — with the team


Territory Management


Plan and execute an efficient daily beat plan to maximize coverage across assigned areas


Track pending orders, payments, and credit limits for assigned accounts


Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery to customers
