Job Description

Develop and manage sales of wooden flooring products in Delhi NCR.


Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.


Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.


Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling flooring solutions to potential clients.


Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits when required.


Ensure timely follow-up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales goals.


Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.


Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.


Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


2–4 years of proven sales experience (building materials, flooring, interiors, furniture, or related industry preferred).


Strong network within the architect & interior designer community is an advantage.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Must have own bike and valid driving license (for client visits across Delhi NCR).


Must have active bank account for salary processing.


Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.


Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
