Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and onboard merchants for QR code–based payment solutions in Delhi. The role involves visiting merchants, explaining product benefits, and ensuring smooth activation and usage of digital payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential merchants (shops, outlets, vendors) for QR payment onboarding.

Explain benefits of UPI-based QR payments and digital transactions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.

Collect KYC documents and complete merchant onboarding process.

Maintain relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure consistent usage.

Share daily activity and performance reports with the team lead/manager.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–4 years in field sales, merchant acquisition, or fintech sales.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of QR / UPI / digital payments.

Goal-oriented and comfortable with field work.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
