Role Overview

The Business Executive (Field) will be responsible for driving on-ground adoption of our Legal AI products among advocates, law firms, chambers, and bar associations. The role combines client outreach, demos, training, and relationship management, requiring both sales aptitude and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to law chambers, district courts, and High Courts to promote and demonstrate the Legal AI platform.
• Build relationships with advocates, law firms, and legal aid centers, and onboard them to the platform.
• Conduct live product demos explaining AI drafting, case-law search, and automation features.
• Manage daily visit targets, demo conversions, and subscription closures.
• Represent the company in legal events, bar association meetings, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and adoption targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS / EdTech / LegalTech / Software products.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfort with technology, Android apps, and online demos.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
