Field Sales Executive

Company overview : We are a well-established trading company with our own manufacturing facility and over 25 Year of expertise in import and export PU/PVC synthetic leathers. With a strong presence in the market, We are looking to expand our sales team to drive growth and strenthen customer releationships.

Key Responsibilties :

1. Conduct regular meeting and calls to generate new leads.
2. Convert lead into active customer through effective engagement.
3. Mentain consistent follow-ups on leads to ensure closure.
4. Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
5. Handle customer complaint, gather feedback and ensure customer satisfiction.
6. should be aware of CRM software.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 3 year in sales (specically in synthetic leather for bags, footwear, upholstery) or even freshwer with strong potentails.

Domain Knowledge : Sales processes and customer releationship management.

Skills & Attributes :

Having very good communication skill :

1. Hardworking and target-driven
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
3. Strong communication skills and language proficiency.
4. Well groomed personality with professional demeanor.
