Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Target-Based Earnings)

We are looking for highly driven and self-motivated Field Sales Executives who can independently generate sales by actively reaching out to customers on the ground. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through field activities (door-to-door, local market visits, direct customer interaction, etc.)
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales
• Explain product benefits clearly and build customer trust
• Achieve assigned daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Represent the brand professionally in the market

Compensation Structure

• This is a performance-driven role
• Earnings are directly linked to sales targets achieved
• Higher performance = higher income (no upper limit on earnings)
• RequirementsStrong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
