Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our packaged drinking water brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence in retail, wholesale, institutional, and corporate segments.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, offices, hotels, restaurants, events, and other potential clients to promote our packaged drinking water.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure proper product placement in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Ensure branding, visibility, and availability of products in retail and corporate channels.
  • Work closely with the delivery/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.






Requirements:



  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG/Packaged Drinking Water/Beverages preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and convince customers.
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record in sales.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / sales reporting tools.
  • 10th/12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
