Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities
- Visit prospective customers at homes, offices, and project sites
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
- Site & Technical CoordinationConduct preliminary site surveys and collect basic technical details
- Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for feasibility and BOQ
- Support documentation for approvals, quotations, and order processing
- Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Provide after-sales support coordination until project handover
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction
- Reporting & TargetsMaintain daily field visit and sales reports
- Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA or technical background preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (solar/electrical preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Basic understanding of solar systems / electrical products
- Ability to build trust and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
