Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities
  • Visit prospective customers at homes, offices, and project sites
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
  • Site & Technical CoordinationConduct preliminary site surveys and collect basic technical details
  • Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for feasibility and BOQ
  • Support documentation for approvals, quotations, and order processing
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Provide after-sales support coordination until project handover
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction
  • Reporting & TargetsMaintain daily field visit and sales reports
  • Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA or technical background preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales (solar/electrical preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Basic understanding of solar systems / electrical products
  • Ability to build trust and close deals
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
