Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our paper bags to retail stores, wholesalers, restaurants, bakeries and other packaging users. The candidate must have strong communication skills, field sales experience and a personal two-wheeler for market visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business
• Promote company products: V-bottom, SOS and square-bottom paper bags
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect orders and coordinate with production for timely delivery
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Submit daily visit and sales reports to management
• Ensure proper brand representation in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in field sales (packaging industry preferred)
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel locally daily
