Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business demand for hyperlocal logistics services by onboarding local merchants, SMEs, and partners. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new merchants, retailers, SMEs, and e-commerce sellers within the local market.

• Promote Mogli Express intra-city parcel delivery services and onboard new clients.

• Drive daily lead generation activities including cold visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Explain service offerings, pricing, delivery models, TAT, and value propositions to potential clients.

• Understand merchant logistics needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, update sales CRM, and report daily/weekly performance.

• Gather market insights related to competition, pricing, customer expectations, etc.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

• Actively participate in merchant onboarding drives, promotional activities, and demand generation campaigns.
