Job Description

Job Summary : The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting customers in person, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities : Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and field visits
  • Present products, explain features, and negotiate pricing and terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs or concerns
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
  • Represent the company professionally in the field
