Field Sales Executive

Location: West Delhi, North Delhi, Central Delhi

Salary: 18-25k +Travel Allowance +Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market visits as per beat plan
• Add new retail shops to increase market coverage
• Take orders from shops and ensure all products are always available
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves and counters
• Implement company offers, schemes, and promotions at shops
• Keep track of competitor prices, offers, and new products
• Coordinate with distributors for stock, delivery, and billing
• Maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors
• Solve shop-related issues like supply, schemes, or service problems
• Share daily work and sales reports

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic experience or knowledge of FMCG/Beverage sales is preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred
• Active, self-motivated, and target-focused person
• Willing to work in the field and handle sales pressure
• Able to use a smartphone and send daily reports
