Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (A Leading Masala Manfacturer Company)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of masala products in assigned areas. The candidate will visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to generate sales, build strong relationships, and ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers regularly to take orders
• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Promote new and existing masala products
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in stores
• Collect payments and maintain records
• Gather market feedback and competitor information

Requirements:

• Basic education (12th pass or above)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Prior sales experience preferred (FMCG is a plus)
