Field Sales Executive

Gleebee is a fast-growing brand specializing in premium car damping sheets designed to enhance driving comfort and noise reduction. We’re expanding our footprint across Delhi NCR and are looking for energetic field sales professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• 
  
• Conduct cold calling and online research to identify potential wholesalers, retailers, and distributors of car accessories.
• Build and maintain a detailed database of prospects in assigned regions.
• 
  
• Client Outreach & Meetings:
• 
  
• Schedule and conduct meetings with car accessories retailers and shop owners in target areas like Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh, Kashmiri Gate, Tikona Park, Faridabad, Gurgaon, and Noida.
• Perform physical store visits to demonstrate and pitch Gleebee damping sheets.
• 
  
• Sales & Onboarding:
• 
  
• Effectively pitch the Gleebee product line and close sales with individual shops and retail outlets.
• Onboard 1–2 distributors per region to build a strong and consistent supply chain.
• Take and manage orders from newly onboarded clients and distributors.
• 
  
• Relationship Building:
• 
  
• Develop long-term relationships with retail partners and distributors.
• Provide product training, promotional material, and support to partners as needed.
• 
  
• Reporting:
• 
  
• Submit daily visit reports, order summaries, and prospect updates to the sales manager.
• Track sales progress against targets and maintain proper documentation.
