We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives across Delhi–NCR who are passionate about selling technology-driven solutions.

Role: Field Sales Executive📍 Location: Delhi–NCR (Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and convert potential customers for GPS tracking & fleet management solutions, including:

  • Transporters & fleet owners
  • Logistics, courier & supply-chain companies
  • Cab operators, delivery & e-commerce fleets
  • SMEs, schools, construction & commercial vehicle owners
  • Conduct field visits, product demos, and client presentations across assigned NCR territories.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; submit daily field activity reports.
  • Gather customer feedback and local market intelligence to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations & technical teams for installations and after-sales support.
  • RequirementsExperience: 1–7 years in field sales / direct sales / B2B sales
  • (GPS devices, vehicle accessories, auto, logistics, or telematics experience preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and basic English
  • (Punjabi / Haryanvi is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi–NCR.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
