Field Sales Executive

We are a growing manufacturer/supplier of wires and cables, serving the electrical trade in Delhi NCR. We are looking for an experienced field salesman who understands the local electrical market, has existing dealer/contractor connections, and can drive B2B

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from electrical shops, dealers, distributors, and contractors in Delhi NCR.
• Promote and sell wires and cables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors for repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and ensure timely collections.
• Share daily/weekly reports and provide insights on competitor activities.
• Travel extensively across Delhi NCR using both two-wheeler and four-wheeler.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in electrical products (wires, cables, switches, lighting, MCBs, etc.).
• Strong network in local electrical markets and shops.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Must be able to drive both a two-wheeler and a four-wheeler (valid license required).
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Travel Allowance for local market visits
• Average Incentives: ₹10,000 per month (higher possible with strong performance)
