Field Sales Executive

ED BLUE is a fast-growing Indian manufacturer of electric vehicle motors and components, focused on delivering high-quality, reliable products for the e-rickshaw industry. We aim to build India’s most trusted EV drivetrain brand through superior engineering, strong dealer relationships, and unmatched after-sales support.

We are looking for a **highly driven Sales & Marketing Executive** who can expand our dealer network, drive sales, and ensure strong market presence across the e-rickshaw ecosystem (dealers, mechanics, OEMs).

This is a **field-intensive role** requiring travel, relationship building, and ownership of revenue and collections.

1. Sales Growth & Dealer Development**

* Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and OEM customers

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

* Increase monthly sales volume and market penetration

* Ensure repeat orders and long-term customer retention

2. Market Development**

* Visit markets, workshops, and mechanics regularly

* Build brand demand at **mechanic level (key influencers)**

* Collect real-time market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, issues)

* Help position ED BLUE as a **premium yet reliable brand**

3. Collections & Credit Management**

* Follow up on outstanding payments

* Ensure timely collections as per company policy

* Balance sales growth with controlled credit exposure

* Report risky customers and delays proactively

4. Product Understanding & Technical Selling**

* Clearly explain product features (motor performance, durability, warranty)

* Assist customers in selecting the right product

* Handle basic technical queries and coordinate with support team

5. Marketing Execution**

* Execute on-ground marketing activities (banners, posters, dealer branding)

* Support WhatsApp marketing and lead conversion

* Represent ED BLUE in exhibitions and local events
