About the Company :

Haute Home is a premium home appliances brand specializing in modern gas stoves and kitchen solutions. With a strong online presence on Amazon and our own e-commerce platform, we are now expanding into offline retail and dealership networks across India.


Job Role & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive who can independently handle dealer and distributor relationships, drive B2B sales, and ensure consistent growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners across assigned territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure high product visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for dealer staff.
  • Regularly visit the market to collect feedback, monitor competitor activity, and report insights.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring brand positioning and profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounts) for smooth operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of proven field sales experience in appliances, kitchenware, or consumer durables.

  • Strong network of retail and distribution contacts in Delhi-NCR and nearby markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
