Field Sales Executive – Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyWe are a fast-growing digital advertising and outdoor media organization. Our model connects local businesses with customers through a network of modern LED advertising boards installed on residential and commercial properties. Property owners earn a steady daily income, and advertisers benefit from high-visibility, hyperlocal exposure.
🚀 Role OverviewWe are hiring Field Sales Executives to support rapid expansion across multiple cities.
Your primary responsibility is to identify and onboard property owners (homeowners and shopkeepers) who are interested in hosting LED advertising boards.
Your Goal: Identify prospects → Explain the income model → Secure registrations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Systematically cover your assigned local area to identify potential properties.
- Direct Field Engagement: Meet property owners face-to-face and explain how they can earn ₹500–₹1,500 per day by hosting an LED ad board.
- Lead Generation: Collect property details, photographs (if required), and contact information from interested owners.
- Follow-up & Registration: Ensure complete onboarding and documentation of registered property owners.
- Daily Activity Expectation:
- 8–10 property visits
- 4–6 high-quality, interested leads per day
📍 Open Positions & LocationsWe are hiring 50 Field Sales Executives across the following target locations:
- Delhi NCR
- Punjab
- Rajasthan
- Bangalore
- Hyderabad
(Approx. 10 roles per location)
- 💰 Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (performance-linked)
- Incentives: Uncapped earnings based on successful registrations
- Allowances: Local travel allowance provided
- 📅 Training & Work StructureFast-Track Training Program (6 Days)Days 1–2: Intensive training on the product, sales pitch, and registration process
- Days 3–6: Field practice with daily targets
- Weekly Work RhythmMon–Thu: Territory coverage, lead generation, field visits
- Fri: Registration & conversion follow-up
Minimum Weekly Target: 10 successful property registrations
(Meeting this consistently ensures monthly performance targets)
⏳ 90-Day Probation PeriodThis is an individual performance evaluation phase.
- Monthly Target: 40–50 successful registrations
- Successful Completion Leads To:
- Permanent employment

- 🧠 Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate
- Strong people skills & convincing ability
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and relevant regional language
- Must own a smartphone; basic digital literacy is required
- Who Succeeds in This RoleHighly target-driven and performance-oriented
- Self-motivated—works well independently without constant supervision
- Professional and confident in interacting with homeowners and shopkeepers
