Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers face-to-face, conducting site assessments, and closing deals for residential and commercial solar installations. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving the adoption of clean energy solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits within the assigned territory.

• Customer Engagement: Meet with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, present customized solar solutions, and demonstrate the financial and environmental benefits of solar power.
• Site Assessment: Conduct preliminary site visits to evaluate suitability for solar panel installation and gather necessary technical data.
• Proposal Development: Prepare professional, detailed, and accurate sales proposals and contracts.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM system.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new solar technologies, and competitor activities.

✨ Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven field sales experience.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and the installation process is highly preferred.
• Mandatory Requirement: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for daily field travel.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
