Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Experience: Relevant field sales and marketing experience required

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Field Sales Executive to promote and sell beauty products in the local market. The role involves fieldwork, targeting beauty parlours and salons, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit beauty parlours and salons to promote and sell company beauty products.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
• Ensure proper follow-ups and timely order collection.

Required Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in beauty or cosmetic products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Own two-wheeler (Scooty)
• Valid driving license
• Interest and experience in field sales

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in selling beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products.
• Confidence in approaching salons, parlours, and retail outlets.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
