🧾 Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Field Relationship Managers.

This role involves visiting customer locations, understanding their painting requirements, taking measurements, suggesting suitable paint options, and closing deals 🤝🎨

🔧 Key Responsibilities🔹 Visit customer locations to understand painting requirements

🔹 Measure the area to be painted (square meters)

🔹 Suggest suitable colors, paint quality, and quantity

🔹 Explain options and solutions based on customer needs

🔹 Share cost estimates and negotiate to close deals 💼

🔹 Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction 😊

🔹 Maintain records of visits, measurements, and closures

🧠 Skills & Qualifications✅ Good communication & negotiation skills

✅ Strong fieldwork and customer handling experience

✅ Ability to calculate areas and suggest products

✅ Knowledge of paint products is a plus 🎨

✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized
