Job Description
JOb Tiltle:-Relationship Officer / Sales Executive – Open Market (SBI Card)
The Relationship Officer – Open Market is responsible for acquiring new customers through field sales activities and promoting SBI Credit Cards by engaging directly with potential customers in assigned open-market locations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers in open market areas
- Promote SBI Credit Cards and explain product features, benefits, and offers
- Generate leads and convert them into successful card applications
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of application documents
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with team leaders and back-office teams for application processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
- Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales support
