Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential business clients (SMEs, retailers, distributors, etc.)
Pitch products/services and close deals in a defined territory
Maintain and grow existing client accounts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Report daily activities and market insights to the team lead
Manage client follow-ups and relationship-building activities
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales or field sales
Must have own laptop, bike, valid Driving License, and RC
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel locally for client meetings
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
