Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Associate (QR Solutions)

Role Overview

Aapka main kaam merchants (dukaandaar), businesses, aur corporate clients ko QR-based solutions adopt karne ke liye convince karna hoga. Isme field sales aur relationship management dono shamil hain.

Key Responsibilities

Market Mapping: Apne area mein potential leads (shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.) ko identify karna.

Onboarding: Merchants ko QR code ke benefits samjhana aur unka registration/installation process poora karwana.

Target Achievement: Daily, weekly aur monthly onboarding targets ko poora karna.

Relationship Management: Existing clients se acche sambandh banaye rakhna taaki wo active rahen aur referral dein.

Reporting: Sales activities aur field visits ki report manager ko dena.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: 12th pass ya Graduate (Freshers aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain).

Communication: Local language mein pakad aur convincing power honi chahiye.

Field Work: Poore din field mein ghoomne ki shamta aur willpower.

Tech Savvy: Smartphone apps aur QR technology ki basic samajh.

Mandatory: Ek smartphone aur (aksar) khud ki bike/scooter.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new merchants onboarded per day.

Percentage of 'Active' merchants (jo QR use kar rahe hain).

Customer satisfaction score.

Salary & Benefits (Typical)

Fixed Salary: ₹24000-26000.

Incentives: Performance-based (Unlimited kamane ka mauka).

Travel Allowance: Petrol aur mobile ka kharcha company deti hai
