💼 *Position* : Field Officer – Loan Sales (BFSI)

🏢 *Company:* Suryoday Small Finance Bank (on Netambit payroll)

📍 *Location:* Delhi NCR

💰 *Salary & Benefits*

💸 *CTC* : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🚗 *Travel Allowance:* ₹2,000 per month

🎯 *Incentives* : Attractive monthly performance-based incentives

*Experience Needed*

✅ Minimum *6 months of field sales experience in loan or finance* products

(Preferred from: *Paytm, PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, HDFC, or similar BFSI* companies)

*Job Role & Responsibilities*

🔹 Visit customers and promote bank loan products

🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and lead generation

🔹 Maintain good relations with customers and merchants

🔹 Help with loan documentation and smooth process completion

🔹 Represent the bank in a professional way

*Required Skills*

💬 Good communication and convincing skills

🔥 Passion for field work and achieving targets

📘 Basic knowledge of loans and financial products

💪 Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
