💰 **Salary & Benefits**

💰 **CTC:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🚗 **Travel Allowance:** ₹2,000 per month

🎯 **Performance Incentives:** Attractive monthly incentives based on sales

**Experience Required**

✅ Minimum **6 months of experience** in **field loan sales**

(Preferred from: **Paytm, PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, HDFC, or similar BFSI organizations**)

 **Key Responsibilities**

* Generate and onboard customers for **loan and financial products**

* Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and lead generation

* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers

* Ensure smooth documentation and loan processing

* Represent the bank professionally in the assigned territory

 **Skills & Qualities**

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills

* Passion for field sales and target achievement

* Good understanding of BFSI products (Loans, Credit, etc.)

* Self-motivated and result-oriented
