Field Sales Executive

Sales Generation 

● Identify and prospect new business opportunities for IT hardware and software 

solutions, including POS systems, billing printers, barcode scanners, and ECRs 

● Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, emails, and other sales initiatives 

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions 

Product Knowledge & Consultation 

● Present and explain product features, benefits, and solutions to clients 

● Act as a consultant to help customers select the most effective technology solutions 

for their business 

Sales Coordination & Follow-ups 

● Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for pricing, product details, and 

delivery timelines 

● Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and achieve targets 

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM 

system 

Customer Relationship Management 

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients 

● Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly 

Sales Reporting & Targets 

● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs 

● Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback 

to management 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Experience 

● 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (IT hardware/software 

preferred) 

● Freshers are welcome to apply 

● Experience in selling POS systems, ECRs, barcode printers, or related IT products is 

an advantage 

● Must own a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone
