Job Description

Roles & Responsibility -


1. Client Outreach


  • Identify and meet potential distributors, Horeca buyers (hotels, restaurants, caterers), wholesalers, supermarkets, and local retail stores.
  • Conduct daily field visits to approach retailers, spice traders, hotels, departmental stores, and institutional buyers.
  • Promote and expand Flavwiz brand visibility in assigned markets.

2. Sales & Target Achievement


  • Present Flavwiz spices (Turmeric, Red Chilli, blends, etc.) and clearly explain the product benefits.
  • Sell and supply spices to hotels, retail shops, supermarkets, Horeca chains, and local stores.
  • Convert leads into active buying customers.
  • Work aggressively to close deals, achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, and ensure revenue growth.

3. Relationship Management

  • Candidate must have good contact base or knowledge of where to find & Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Distributors
  • Horeca buyers
  • Retail stores & supermarkets
  • Spice traders
  • Bulk purchasers
  • Manufacturers & processors (for B2B orders)


4. Reporting


  • Maintain and share daily field visit reports.
  • Update Excel sheets / WhatsApp Business CRM with leads, interactions, and order progress.
  • Report conversions, pending deals, and important market insights.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups, repeat orders, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market demand, spice prices, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

5. Skills & Eligibility


  • 25 years experience in Field Sales (FMCG / Spices / Food industry preferred)
  • Confident communication in Hindi + basic English
  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing ability, and networking skills
  • Basic MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Email
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred

6. Preferred Candidate Profile


  • Must know local distributors, Horeca buyers, supermarket owners, hotel purchasing teams, and spices traders
  • Comfortable with daily field work & travelling
  • Energetic, confident, and strong at closing sales deals
  • Responsible, punctual, and disciplined in follow-up
