FIELD SALES EXECUTIVES – LED FRAME ONBOARDING

Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for a 100% on-ground, target-driven field role focused on onboarding homes and shops for LED Frame installations across rural and semi-urban regions. This role involves direct selling, customer onboarding, fee collection, and coordination for installation.

Note: This is a strictly field-based job. No desk work, no hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to villages and semi-urban locations
• Onboard homes and shops for LED frame installations
• Collect onboarding fee of ₹5,999 from customers
• Coordinate with installation teams for timely execution
• Generate leads and close sales targets weekly/monthly
• Attend morning and evening review meetings
• Submit daily GPS-verified reports, leads, and site photos
• Follow company SOPs and sales process strictly

Weekly Work Structure

• Monday – Thursday: Field visits & lead generation
• Friday: Sales closing day (Target: 5–10 onboardings)
• Saturday: Weekly off only if targets are achieved
• Sunday: Weekly off (fixed)

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 18 to 38 years
• Education: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
• Strong communication skills in the local language
• Good knowledge of local areas & villages
• Must own a smartphone
• Comfortable with field sales & travel
• Willing to work in a target-based environment
