Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves meeting potential clients, explaining products or services, building relationships, and closing sales on the ground. A strong personality with good communication skills and a go-getter attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit leads and prospects across assigned areas/territories
• Explain product/service features clearly and confidently
• Generate and convert leads into successful closures
• Maintain client relationships and regular follow-ups
• Submit daily field reports and update CRM or lead tracker
• Work with internal teams for proposals and handovers

Requirements

• Proven field sales experience (1-3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Maps, CRM apps)
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
