Field Sales Manager (B2B Machinery Sales)

1. Travel across different cities and states to generate relevant leads. (Should be good at hunting)
2. Promote company and its products to potential clients
3. Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
4. Call and follow up on the company database to generate sales
5. Build strong rapport with clients and earn long-term trust
6. Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups in the company CRM
7. Attend and handle clients visiting the Delhi office
8. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities
9. Client support and relationship management

Requirements:

• ⁠Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales: Heavy machinery sales (preferred) or at least B2B industrial products
• (Inter-state sales experience preferred)
• Mechanical degree or diploma is a plus (not mandatory)
• Comfortable spending maximum time on the field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
