Field Service Engineer

The role involves installation and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and related peripherals, along with basic computer hardware diagnosis including RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, and power supply. The candidate will be responsible for Windows OS installation, basic software setup, and providing basic networking support such as LAN cabling, routers, and switches. This is a field-based role requiring on-site technical support at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware and system functions, be willing to work in the field (not an office job), and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
