Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Service Engineer to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and networking systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
• Troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues on-site
• Handling networking setups including routers, switches, LAN/WAN connections
• Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
• Providing timely support and service to clients
• Coordinating with the internal team for escalations and updates
• Maintaining service reports and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of networking (IP configuration, routers, switches)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site service visits

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
