Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrician

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Attend customer service calls related to tea & coffee vending machines
• Troubleshoot machine issues, identify faults, and rectify problems efficiently
• Ensure machines are fully functional and ready for dispensing beverages
• Answer customer queries related to machine operation and service

Servicing & Preventive Maintenance

• Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines
• Verify daily cleaning reports submitted by machine operators
• Conduct monthly servicing and preventive maintenance as per schedule

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers
• Coordinate with customer administrators to address service-related concerns
• Ensure prompt availability and responsiveness to customer issues

Supervision & Coordination

• Coordinate with CREs, Senior Engineers, and internal teams
• Supervise operators and ensure adherence to service and hygiene standards
• Manage material ordering, stock receiving, and inventory maintenance
• Prepare and monitor stock consumption and average usage reports
• Inform relevant departments and ensure smooth execution of tasks

Training & Development

Train machine operators on:

• Machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Tea & coffee preparation standards
• Service quality and customer handling
• Personal hygiene, appearance, and safety
• Communication skills, behavior, and body language

Demo & Installation Support

• Assist during product demonstrations and new machine installations
• Coordinate arrangements for demos and installation activities at customer locations

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain service records, spare stock details, and consumption data
• Prepare accurate calculations and documentation related to service activities
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly work reports (self, operators, and service engineers) as per company and customer requirements
