Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test IoT hardware, sensors, gateways, and related peripherals at customer locations
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective servicing of deployed IoT systems
• Diagnose hardware, connectivity, power, and basic software-related issues on-site
• Configure devices, SIMs, and basic network parameters as per installation guidelines
• Ensure proper cabling, mounting, and electrical connections following safety standards
• Update installation reports, service logs, and checklists using computer/mobile-based tools
• Coordinate with the central technical/support team for issue resolution and escalations
• Educate customers on basic system usage and report operational feedback
• Ensure timely completion of assigned site visits across Delhi NCR
