Role Objective:The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of education programs at the field level, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting field teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor education programs across assigned locations
• Coordinate with teachers, volunteers, and community members
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective program implementation
• Support training and capacity building of field staff and educators
• Track student progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved
• Maintain program data, reports, and documentation
• Identify challenges in the field and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and program standards
• Engage with local schools, authorities, and stakeholders
