Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced individual to lead our Finance function. The Head of Finance will be in charge of managing the financial health of the company, ensuring proper planning, reporting, compliance, and control across all business activities.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with banks, CA firms, vendors, and other financial institutions
• Set up internal controls and ensure timely MIS reporting
• Work directly with the leadership team on financial planning and decision-making

• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and ROC filings
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and financial tools
