Position: Senior Fitness Trainer

Location: Redial Clinic, Green Park Extension

About Us:

Redial Clinic is a progressive health and wellness center focused on reversing diabetes and improving metabolic health through personalized care. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fitness Trainer to guide clients in achieving optimal fitness as part of our integrated health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead personalized fitness programs based on individual health profiles
• Conduct physical and resistance training sessions tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on proper form, technique, and workout safety
• Coordinate with our nutrition and medical team for a holistic care approach
• Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary
• Maintain high engagement, motivation, and support throughout each client’s journey
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the fitness area at all times

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a fitness trainer
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization
• Strong knowledge of physical training, resistance training, and general fitness fundamentals
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with clients across various fitness levels and health backgrounds
