Floor Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a mature and responsible professional to manage night-shift operations. The Night Floor Manager will:

• Oversee the overall functioning of the night shift.
• Supervise night-shift staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain discipline and a professional environment on the floor.
• Ensure all staff follow company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Monitor task completion and overall performance during the shift.
• Handle issues or conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Communicate and coordinate with management when required.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage situations effectively during night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all night-shift operators and ensure smooth workflow on the floor.
• Maintain discipline and professional behavior among operators during the night shift.
• Ensure all operators follow company rules, regulations, and night-shift guidelines.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall conduct of the night-shift staff.
• Handle any issues, conflicts, or incidents on the floor and report them to management.
• Ensure that tasks assigned to operators are completed correctly and on time.
• Maintain a calm, safe, and organized working environment throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with HR and management for updates, reporting, and escalations.
• Conduct regular floor checks to ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Prepare shift reports, including any incidents, performance issues, or operational updates.
