Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare floral arrangements for conferences, banquets, meetings, and special events.

Ensure timely setup and removal of floral decorations for events.

Maintain indoor and outdoor plants, flower beds, and landscaped areas in coordination with the horticulture team.

Procure fresh flowers and related materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Replace and refresh floral arrangements regularly to maintain appearance standards.

Handle bouquet preparation for VIPs, dignitaries, and official functions.

Ensure proper storage and care of flowers to maximize freshness and minimize wastage.

Maintain inventory of floral supplies, vases, stands, and decorative materials.

Coordinate with event and administration teams for theme-based décor requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and decoration techniques.

Creativity and aesthetic sense for event décor and presentations.

Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture practices.

Ability to work under deadlines, especially during events and VIP visits.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Awareness of hygiene and maintenance standards.
