Job Description: FMCG Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy FMCG Sales Executive ( House Keeping Chemicals ) to drive market penetration and revenue growth. In the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, success is defined by shelf space, stock rotation, and strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Your primary goal will be to ensure our products are available, visible, and moving off the shelves faster than the competition.

Core Responsibilities

1. Primary & Secondary Sales

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Manage Primary Sales (Company to Distributor) and drive Secondary Sales (Distributor to Retailer).
  • Identify and onboard new outlets to expand the distribution footprint.

2. Distribution & Network Management

  • Monitor distributor investment, stock levels, and market coverage (beats).
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stocks to prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.
  • Resolve distributor grievances regarding damaged goods or credit limits.

3. Merchandising & Visibility

  • Ensure "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) stock rotation at the retail level to minimize expiry.
  • Execute Point-of-Sale (POS) branding, ensuring our products have the best shelf placement (eye-level).
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and new launches.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and update sales apps/CRMs in real-time.
  • Analyze "Productivity" (number of bills cut vs. number of outlets visited).
