Job Title: FMCG Sales Executive

Location: 238 sector 15A,noida,201301

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market reach, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and increase product visibility in retail and wholesale channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper account reconciliations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional trends.
  • Execute trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Household products preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good understanding of distribution channels and retail operations.
