JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE:- FOOD QUALITY CHECKER

LOCATION: - DELHI

Salary:- 22k to 30k

EXPERIENCE: - 2 TO 3 YEARS

JOB PURPOSE:- To ensure that all incoming raw material, in-process batches, and finished products meet that company's quality standards, Identify defects, record deviations, and support smooth production with strict quality checks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

A- RAW MATERIALS INSPECTION

Inspect incoming raw materials for color,odor,density, viscosity, purity,

Verify supplier certificate of analysis (COA)

Reject non-conforming materials and prepare NCR reports

B- IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

Conduct tests such as moisture, PH, refractive index, weight variation, etc.

Check packing line parameters s: seal quality, leak test, weight check batch coding.

Follow sop for all testing activities.

Immediately reports any defects or deviation to production staff.

C- Finished goods inspection

Perform organoleptic test (taste smell color appearance

Verify packing quality labels, and products quality Monitor storage conditions and shelf-life compliance.

REQUIRED SKILL:-

Knowledge of quality control testing method

Familiarity with instruments: Ph meter, moister meter, refractometer, weighing balance.Strong observation and analytical skills., Knowledge of computer (excel), Understanding of hygiene and safety guidelines

EDUCATION & EXPERINCE:-

DIPLOMA FOOD TECHNOLOGY /B.SC IN CHEMISTRY
