Working Hours: 12-hour shift 

Position Overview 

Uda Mandi Services Pvt. Ltd., a payroll partner of Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a 

dedicated 

and safety-oriented Forklift Operator (Fresher). The role includes material handling, 

ensuring 

operational efficiency, and maintaining safety within the warehouse. 

Key Responsibilities - Operate the forklift safely and efficiently as per company guidelines. - Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas. - Move, stack, and arrange goods inside the warehouse. - Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and operational protocols. - Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on the forklift. - Support the warehouse/logistics team in daily operations. 

Candidate Requirements - Freshers are eligible to apply. - Strong sense of responsibility and discipline. - Physically fit and capable of working long shifts. - Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards. 

Compensation Details - In-Hand Salary: ■17,165 - CTC: ■21,231
