Role Overview


We are looking for a dependable, sharp, and execution-oriented Founder Support Associate to assist the founder across multiple ongoing initiatives and projects. The role involves a mix of research, coordination, follow-ups, and on-ground execution, with tasks varying based on priority and requirements.


This position is ideal for a self-driven generalist who is comfortable with open-ended tasks, takes ownership of execution, and provides clear, structured updates so the founder can make informed decisions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internet-based and phone-based research on tasks assigned by the founder
  • Shortlist options, vendors, services, or solutions and summarize findings clearly
  • Make cold calls, follow-ups, and coordination calls as required
  • Visit locations or offices when needed for verification, information gathering, or coordination
  • Collect, submit, or follow up on documents with third parties
  • Track open items assigned by the founder and proactively follow up until logical closure or escalation
  • Share structured updates after each task (notes, photos, summaries, contacts)
  • Maintain brief written records of work done so information is easily retrievable later
  • Assist with planning-related research (travel, logistics, comparisons, service discovery, etc.)
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of experience in operations, admin, research, or founder-support roles
  • Comfortable handling unstructured or exploratory tasks
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
  • Ability to summarize findings clearly in writing (WhatsApp / Google Docs)
  • Self-disciplined, dependable, and proactive
  • Valid driving license
  • Must have own two-wheeler or car
  • Preferred AttributesFamiliarity with Delhi-NCR locations and local vendors
  • Comfortable speaking with unknown people (vendors, offices, coordinators)
  • Street-smart and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good smartphone usage (camera, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Docs)
  • Comfort with basic tools such as Google Sheets, task trackers, or simple automation tools
