Job Description
Job Title: Founder’s Office – B2B Corporate Sales & Growth Company Nine to Five
Location: Gurgaon/Okhla (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–4 years

About 9to59to5 is a B2B corporate gifting and employee experience platform working closely with enterprise HR, Ops, Admin, and Procurement teams. We help companies simplify onboarding kits, branded merchandise, warehousing, logistics, and PAN-India fulfilment at scale.
Role Overview This is a Founder’s Office role, not a regular sales job.
You will work directly with the founder on
- Enterprise sales
- Growth experiments
- Partnerships
- Deal closures
- Process building
This role is for someone who wants exposure, responsibility, and real decision-making, not just targets on a spreadsheet.
- Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Corporate SalesDrive outbound and inbound sales for enterprise and mid-market clients
- Engage with HR, Ops, Admin, Procurement, and Founders
- Own the sales cycle: lead qualification → meetings → proposals → closure
- Coordinate internally for costing, PIs, POs, timelines, and execution
- Growth & Revenue InitiativesWork on growth experiments (new channels, partnerships, GTM ideas)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, and negotiations
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Founder’s Office SupportAssist the founder in strategic initiatives and priority projects
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, client notes, and internal briefs
- Coordinate with Ops, Finance, Warehouse, and Vendors for deal execution
- Act as a bridge between sales intent and on-ground delivery
- Partnerships & AlliancesSupport partnerships with coworking spaces, HR platforms, and brands
- Help structure commercial terms and rollout plans
- Track partner performance and revenue contribution
- Who Should Apply1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, consulting, or startups
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable talking to senior corporate decision-makers
- High ownership mindset you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Ability to work in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Good with numbers, costing logic, and commercial conversations
- Good to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, corporate services, or enterprise sales
- Startup or Founder’s Office experience
- Understanding of procurement, invoicing, GST, or enterprise workflows
- What This Role Is NOT❌ Not a call-center sales role
- ❌ Not a pure CRM or reporting job
- ❌ Not a 9–6 desk-only role
